Together Rome and Marina Saladino have over 40 years’ experience on stage, in theatre, and in dance productions. They both starred in the Andrew Lloyd Weber musical, Song and Dance. Together they have toured the world and performed locally at The Broward 100 in DUENDE, the Wold Theatre at Lynn University in musical “Kismet”, at Florida Atlantic University in Dances We Dance, the Maralago for Donald Trump, Super Bowl XVI in Miami and many more, as well as starring for Kevin Black Productions’ “Ballroom South Beach Style”, ZMC Entertainment, Inc. in “That’s Entertainment”, “Music of the Night” as a leading adagio couple.
Together they have formed both Saladino Productions, Inc. and Saladino Dance School. Saladino Productions, Inc. has produced shows including “Singin’ and Dancin’ in the Rain”, “Gotta Dance”, and now, “I’m Feelin’ Good”, which have played all over the state of Florida.
They are very proud of achievements of the students at Saladino Dance School and they will continue to share their talent with kids and adults who wants to make Dance a big part of their lives.
Rome Saladino was born and raised in Miami, Florida. During his ballet career he performed with the Sacramento Ballet, Icelandic Ballet and American Ballet Theatre. Rome’s multi talent of Performing Arts took him to the different direction in life. He is an actor, a singer and a dancer. He has had the privilege of working with many amazing people; including Stephen Spielberg, Tom Hanks, Ariana Grande, Seth Rogan, Mikhail Baryshnikov and many more. He also starred in many Broadway musicals: Annie, A Chorus Line…, Brigadoon, Camelot, Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story to name a few. He also was one of the leads in Encore! The American Musical Theatre in Tokyo Disney, Japan. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Theater from FAU.
Marina Saladino is a Russian dancer from Latvia now residing in South Florida. She began training extensively as a Rhythmic Gymnast at the age of 6 years old and become a member of the Latvian National Team by 13 years old. She competed for many years in many cities all over the former USSR. Her dancing career started as a Show Ballet Dancer with a Latvian Magician, Evgeniy Palchevsky, at the National Latvian Opera House. From there she started her wonderful adventure around the world as an Adagio Ballet and Show Dancer performing on many cruise lines as Norwegian Cruise Line, Costa Cruse Line, Silver Sea Cruise Line to name few. Her highlights were starring in Jean Ann Ryan’s Cirque Nouveau, Cirque Pacifica and Andrew Lloyd Weber’s Music of the Night. Her whole life Marina knew that teaching is what she has to do. She started to assist the gymnastics classes at the age of 16 years old. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Pedagogy in Physical Education and Biology. Her motto is “Reach Your Potential”.
